He will work closely with the company's sales and engineering teams to further promote Asahi/America's industrial piping product line across various industries in the US. His skill sets are a great addition to Asahi and will round out the business development team's experienced profile.

 

Josh hopes to use his over 20 years of polymer formulation and marketing experience to help Asahi/America cement their role as "Your Experts in Plastics." He also wants to help bring a better understanding of the materials along with all the features and limitations they can offer to Asahi's customer base.

 

When asked what his customer philosophy, Josh replied, "having been on the customer side of the equation, I understand the importance of clear communication, whether the news is good or bad. I always appreciated an honest and genuinely engaging experience when I was the customer, and I will also bring that same philosophy to my customers." He adds that his personal philosophy is "life is too short not to ask questions, and every question you ask is an opportunity to learn something new."
